About Me


My name is Belinda White

I am the founder of The 333 plan

My work is Yoga, Mindfulness, Spiritual health & Nutrition.
I am a public speaker and a writer.
I deliver talks and retreats about health, spirituality and mindfulness.

I am Vegan and I studied nutrition specifically to help people to heal from diet related diseases. I am educated about the scientific facts of nutrition which has led to my role as a qualified practitioner. 
I became a Vegan initially through my spiritual development, realising that I could not be spiritual and participate in cruelty.

I am both a qualified nutritionist and a specialised Vegan nutrition practitioner. I also have a diploma in food allergies and intolerances.
I am a qualified spiritual healer and I am aware that we all need to connect to our greater source.

 I suffered from arthritis, fibromyalgia, irritable bowel & hormone fluctuations. I was insecure, I felt lost and I didnt know the purpose of life. I was simply getting through life.

Living in a stressed out fast moving world as a working mother I felt under great pressure as most of us do. I was sick, in pain and depressed.
The 333 plan helped to heal my body, mind and spirit at a time of my worst suffering. 


The 333 plan has produced results that are pure and real.

It is rewarding to inspire others and there are no gimmicks or fad dieting.
I have no products or powders etc, just wholesome information.

I want to share information that I have discovered through my own healing, training and spiritual connection.

After working within to cleanse my body, focus my mind and connect to source I realised my life began to change and I felt invigorated and alive. 

Negative emotions set a cellular activity in motion. This works the opposite way too. Positive emotions incite healing.  Cleansing from the inside helps you to love life. You can see everything clearly and your path becomes a journey that you want to explore. Realising your purpose and being so full of self love that you overflow your goodness to others.  
Self love then becomes your priority. 

The 333 plan is the realisation that all three must be healthy

1. The Body (clean, natural foods and kind exercise and movement)
2. The Mind (Positive thinking, visualisation, raising vibration)
3. The Spirit (Connect to your divine inner source, know who you are)

The balance of the three main elements that make up your wholeness is the power to heal, bring happiness and find the deepest sense of peace.


Sharing knowledge with others is the ultimate reward and as your guide I am here to help you to start your journey.
